Charlie Crichton and Tim White are farmers-turned-butchers and have a strong philosophy in traceability, sustainability, and education which means that they are not only providing some of the best quality meat in Sydney, they are also helping customers learn about the process.
Sure, you may have a pre-prepared shopping list, but be prepared to be tempted by the beautiful cuts of meat in front of you - you'll probably end up going home with more than you expected (but that's totally okay when the produce is this good!).
