Al Taglio Pizzeria
The verdict
This pizza restaurant in Surry Hills prides itself on being sustainable and eco-friendly (which is always a good thing in our books). Here at Al Taglio Pizzeria, master pizza maker and flour technician (yes, that’s a thing) Enrico Sgarbossa brings ten years of experience to the kitchen, which results in delicious pizzas direct to your belly.
The food here is so fresh that they don’t need freezers to store any of the ingredients and you know it’s going to be good because Enrico won first place in the Rimini Giro Pizza European Championships—how’s that for credentials? This basically means that all signs point to YES if you’re wondering whether you should visit this Italian restaurant in Sydney.
Vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free folk are all looked after here, so if you’re looking for a pizza feast, Al Taglio Pizzeria should be on your radar.
