Sydney, this is not a drill. Woolloomooloo’s latest addition is an entirely plant-based restaurant and Lord help us, there will be no going back. Because when carb-tastic offerings like burgers, tacos and lasagne are on the menu, how can you say no?
You’ll also be able to snatch up kimchi dumplings with sesame and ginger foam but it’s not like we’re keeping track or anything.
Yep, the totally famous vegan chef Matthew Kenney (he’s kind of a massive deal in the culinary world) is serving up one hella massive animal-free haven with a seating layout interior designers would actually cream over. On top of this, the tipple menu is all about indulging in guilty pleasures so get ready for an epic gin and tonic range, a beetroot mixture featuring chocolate and a ridiculously good concoction by the name of the Enchanted Forest. And yes, you’ll want to order up a dozen.
