With 15 different varieties of pho, the beef pho bo is the overwhelming favourite, and for good reason. The rice noodles are long and slippery, but it’s the broth, which is cooked from bones and spices for a minimum of five hours, that attracts customers from across Sydney. For under $20, it’s a steal!
