Bringing a true taste of Turkey to Barangaroo (and the first permanent resident to open up shop at the development), Anason is the brainchild of Somer Sivrioglu - the man behind one of Sydney's best Turkish restaurants, Efendy. With a team of hand-picked Turkish chefs in the kitchen, the menu promises to be authentic, innovative and (of course) delicious.
Here you can expect a range of exotic seaside influenced mezes including charcoal octopus with mastic and couscous, lamb short fillet with eggplant begendy and heirloom tomatoes, crumbed feta with simit chips. There'll also be Turkish beer, wine and raki as well as some damn tasty Turkish coffee to sort you out in the drinks department.
