Originally conceived as a bar, Annata in Crows Nest is a modern Australian restaurant with a focus on good wine and cocktails. Former bartender at Rockpool Bar & Grill, Christian Blair works with head chef, Jimmy Richardson from Altitude and the Bridge Room, to bring to life Australian produce.

Situated in a rustic yet industrial atmosphere, the fine dining experience features a carefully selected wine list and an array of share plates showcasing fresh produce. Seating 80 within their doors, the restaurant also features outdoor dining and a bar area where Blair showcases his years of bartending experience.
