The Verdict

One of Sydney’s best waterfront restaurants, Aqua Dining is nestled at Milsons Point and boasts sweeping views across Sydney Harbour. Seriously, the views are so jaw-dropping you might just forget about your food. But you won't. 

The contemporary Italian menu, created by chef Davide Rebeccato, features an array of #foodporn worthy dishes. Think smoked eggplant custard with heirloom tomato and white miso crisp to begin, or perhaps some freshly shucked oysters with freeze dried raspberry.

For mains, there's Kurobuta pork belly with apple chutley, turnip and vincotto, or tomato and chilli tagliolini with Moreton Bay bugs, bottarga and celeriac. Vegetarians need not be afraid, the orecchiette with sicilian pesto and salted ricotta will have them dreaming of this waterfront restaurant for days.

And because there's simply no excuse to avoid the wine list with a view like this, there’s an extensive wine list served by the glass, or aged, cellared wines by the bottle.
