Attenzione! is a fresh Euro bistro and wine bar in Redfern, with ample charm, excellent wine, and a talented crew behind it all. 

Taking on the former Sunshine Inn and Redfern Continental site on Redfern Street, Attenzione! is the creative genius of friends and fellow hospitality all-stars, Felix Colman, Toby Davis, and  Dexter Kim.

The trio is a real melting pot of Sydney hospo talent: Colman is part owner and operator of Ragazzi and Fabbrica, Davis is the ex-manager at Yellow, and Kim is one of the city's best food photographers. 

As for what's in store at Attenzione!, expect fun, snappy snacks with the sort of rich, retro Italian nostalgia that'll send you straight to Euro summer heaven.

Think gnocco fritto with raw beef, king prawn toast, martinis served on silver platters, creamy tonnato vitello, and cuts of dry-aged beef from the team's favourite butcher, Emilio's. There's also the eye-catching thick and saucy semolina pasta, which is guaranteed to become a bit of an internet sensation. 

Colman and Davis' wine list leans heavy on Nebbiolo, while otherwise focussing on sustainably-minded winemakers from all around the world.
