The verdict

BL Burgers Bondi Beach is now closed. 

The upper level of Bondi’s iconic Beach Road Hotel has had a BL Burger makeover. Light timber finishes, polished concrete floors, and soft leather lounges accent the eatery and cocktail lounge that will feature some of Sydney’s best burgers. The menu is exactly what you would hope for, with six burger options including one weekly special and the incredibly popular Blame Canada. It’ll have the same juicy wagyu beef pattie, topped with double American cheddar, maple glazed bacon (arguably the best kind of bacon), poutine, and maple aioli.
