The Verdict

Bacco is essentially a delicious food baby birthed from some of our favourite Sydney restaurants. The man that brought the damn deliciousness that is Vini, 121BC and Ester to our fair city is about to wow your buds yet again with Bacco. This new foodie mecca will serve up Italian fare (we're hungry already) with a focus on sharesies (is there really any other way to eat?).

Bacco is tipped to open in February 2017.
