Another insanely Instagrammable café has graced the Lower North Shore of Sydney, with Castlecrag’s latest eatery, Back & Forth—a haven for health food lovers and brunch addicts alike. They have all kinds of bowls from deconstructed acai bowl that is the excuse you’ve been looking for to eat ice cream for breakfast—scoops of acai ‘nicecream’ are placed on a pretty blue plate, covered by RAWnola and topped fresh fruit.
If you’re having a cheat day the chicken burger with slaw and Back & Forth mayo is our go to, but we’re pretty damn intrigued by their take on eggs benedict as well—soft egg on a bed of ham hock terrine, kale, crispy potato fries and covered in Mustard Hollandaise. It’ll definitely be worth a trip (or four) to delve all the way into this epic menu.
