Bake Bar is a bakery with a difference and is bringing their organic awesomeness to Double Bay. Known for their uncomplicated, fuss-free bread and pastries, and a breakfast and lunch menu that will have you coming back again and again. Whether you are a quinoa salad girl or a chunky beef pie guy, Bake Bar will deliver the goods.

“At Bake Bar we only use sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce to create every item prepared in our kitchen. This is an essential ingredient embedded across all three of our locations,” says head baker and director, Gili Gold.

There is nothing to hide here, with an open kitchen where you can watch the magic happen. They even have our coeliac friends covered, with gluten free bread and (most importantly) cupcakes available daily.
