A charming pink palace serving up snacks and small plates, Bar Louise is open seven days for a lively Spanish experience on Enmore Road.
Classics like a gilda, conservas and sliced jamon open the menu, which moves into sections offering vegetables, seafood and meat. Standouts include tomato tonnato (oxheart tomatoes in anchovy mayo), Galician octopus and fried pork belly in zippy mojo verde sauce.
Sip on a house sangria or Spanish favourite kalimotxo (trust us), a wide array of vermouth, sherry and quinquina, and a balanced mix of Aussie and European wines.
