Once the downstairs bar of The Woollahra Hotel, the new Bar Moncur feels as thought it's stepped straight off the runway, and landed on Queen Street. The cocktail lounge has direct access to its big brother next door, Bistro Moncur, a staple of the Eastern dining scene.
