The Verdict
Consider your after work drinks sorted thanks to the arrival of Bar Odessa on Pitt Street.
Brought to you by the masterminds behind inner city Greek restaurant 1821, this secret bunker bar (downstairs from 1821) is full to the brim with all things velvet and gold (our fave).
The decadent bar is the perfect place to plant yourself before dinner or stay all night long, so start with the classic Moscom Mule (their specialty) and make your way through the entire cocktail list, with a side of fresh to death oysters (obvs).
There are plenty of other Greek bites to keep your grumbling belly happy and if you have a sweet tooth, don't leave without getting stuck into the petit fours (yes, reallly).
