The verdict

Nestled in the Rydes Sydney Central Hotel, this little slice of Italy serves up all your Italian hopes and dreams, oh and a one meter pizza. Great for that large-scale mingle, this bar has heaps of share plates and set menus that not only taste mighty fine, but also mean that you can either just drink, drink and eat or drink and eat eat eat eat. A fully stocked hotel bar (i.e. they have anything and everything), means you won’t even need to worry about going home – there’s a bed just upstairs!
