Surry Hills’ favourite Japanese-style burger bar has opened at Barangaroo to bring the hard working corporate world all of the saké and edamame you ever want.
The Nagoya style chicken wings are a must but the UME Burger is what you’ll want to wrap your laughing gear around. Juicy wagyu blend beef patty and minced wagyu sauce are served on a delicate bun with all the burger classics, including American cheese and Japanese mayo. The unlikely combination might be controversial, but trust us, it’s damn delicious.
