Located in East Kangaloon on 100 acres of farmland 25 minutes from Bowral, BARN. is the wild sibling of James Viles’ two-hatted Southern Highlands icon Biota. Here, you can expect a monthly dinner series and a menu full of seasonal ingredients from local growers and farmers. 

Each dinner will be share-style with a huge focus on cooking outdoors, with enchanting walks through the orchard and beehives included.

As for those of you who want a reason to get out of the city for the weekend, this place offers a luxurious loft on top of the barn for groups of four for the ultimate farm-stay getaway. You’ll score panoramic views over the property toward Sydney and be able to hide out here for two nights at a time.
