Here is the epicentre of dessert bars in Sydney. These guys have it all (seriously). Amazing desserts, cakes, sweet and savoury crepes, pancakes, waffles, ice-cream, coffee, hot chocolates, sorbet, chocolate fountains and a heap more on offer (but as if you need more convincing).

You’ll find this sweet hub in Brighton Le Sands, open every day until late, so it’s the perfect place for your late night cravings. Whether you’re feeling like a caramel banana dessert jar with caramel sauce, fresh banana slices, waffle bites, custard, whipped cream and candied pecan pieces or are keen to try the famous ice-cream bowls which are a major over-load of dessert goodness, the guys at Bay Vista are all over it.

And we’re only just getting started. You can also build your own ice-cream bucket… and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Plus, if you’re not up for some sugary fare you can always drop by for a savoury feast and choose things like ham and cheese croissants or the ‘Paul pork’ baguette.
