They’ve got a gym with super advanced equipment, an indoor sprint track, climbing ropes, sled track, sandbags, suspension trainers, plenty of weights and cardio machines – there’s something for everyone. If you don’t really feel that confident on using the equipment yourself or perform better with someone telling you what to do, there are personal trainers available to help you reach your fitness goals.
