The Verdict
The masterminds behind Bellagio Café and Tuckshop have opened another location, this time, in Surry Hills.
Their latest piece of work is a brew bar which just so happens to be slotted inside the space of the local barber pit-stop Mr Chop Shop, so the logistics here mean you'll be ordering up from a 'pastry window' to take away. This sneaky lil' addition will be churning out speciality coffee from the roasters at Pablo and Rustys along with pastries from their own Tuckshop and Bakery and a banging brekky toastie straight from the Tuckshop menu.
To summarise, you're in for a whole lot of cinnamon scrolls, toasties and caffeinated good times with this one.
