Head down south for a foodie experience like no other. Located in the old Moss Vale post office, Birch should be your latest hot spot with the walls draped in florals and fabrics that’ll have you obsessing.

The menu is based on locally sourced produce and is ever-changing so each time you dine here, you’re in for something completely new and different.

Choose between à la carte menu or bring out your adventurous side and head for the five-course chef selection menu. The crew here plates up a pretty damn delicious serving of Morton Bay bug delights along with a risotto Verde, ending with a caramel ice cream doused in lime syrup that’ll leave you licking your lips.
