Bistro Guillaume Patisserie
The verdict
Guillaume Brahimi has decided to over deliver on his promise of the newest Bistro Guillaume outpost, by building his very own patisserie right there inside the bistro. The takeaway goodies will include French faves like house-baked croissants (obvs), classic pastries and sweet and savoury brioche as well as salads, soup du jour and tartines.
To sweeten the deal, Bistro Guillaume will be the first place in the CBD to stock the full range of Iggy’s bread and if you’ve ever toasted up a few slices of their fruit sourdough, then you would already know that this is a very good thing.
