The verdict

Tomi Bjorck has partnered with Samuel Cole for their newest restaurant Blanca, which will be opening on Hall Street in Bondi early 2017. Tomi’s resume reads like the who’s who of Sydney dining, with Quay, Longrain and even MasterChef—not strictly Sydney, but you get what we mean—all on the list. Hailing from Finland, Tomi will be joining faves like Da Orazio Pizza + Porcherra, Gelato Messina and A Tavola in The Hub, and it’ll feature more than his regular Nordic-style dishes.

So far, the details have been kept pretty under wraps, but stay tuned, because Blanca is coming.
