But if you’re after something a littleeeeee bit different, this place is sure to hit the spot. Firstly, Bo Thai doesn’t look like your ordinary Thai restaurant—there’s no dark walls or seriously dimmed lighting, so you can actually see the interior, the person sitting across from you and what you’re eating (small details).

You’ll be sitting inside what can only be described as a minimalist greenhouse. The food matches this aesthetic by serving up the crazy good crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli and steamed rice, healthy green papaya salad and refreshing seafood laksa.
