In a low-key move, the guys from Paramount Coffee Project and Reuben Hills have landed in the heart of Hall St in Bondi Beach and opened Bondi Hall, an all-day dining and wine bar brewing Seven Seeds beans and cooking up a concise, yet delicious food menu. For your brekkie fix think overnight oats and almond croissants paired with a, dare we say turmeric latte? If you’re vibin’ dinner instead go for the burrata with stone fruit, pickled seafood, and wagyu bresaola (cue stomach growls). Wash it down with craft beers and low intervention wine while you people watch and catch up with pals.
