The brainchild of Joel Best (previously of Pier and Fish Face), Bondi’s Best serves up some of Sydney's best seafood cooked to delicious perfection, or prepared raw by sushi chef, Hirofumi Fujita. With restaurants at North Bondi and Hall Street, Bondi foodies are well catered for with specialties like salt and pepper cuttlefish, Ibiza-prawn tempura roll and assorted sashimi. The potato scallops and crumbed calamari are also excellent. Snare a sit inside or take your fish ‘n’ chips to go; both restaurants are nestled just minutes away from the beach.
