Dubbed as a sanctuary for the foodies of Sydney, Boost St Bistro aims to capture the freshest and finest Australian produce and combine that with their passion for delicious food to create, well, delicious food. For dinner, start with a round of oysters (there are many options here alone), then move onto a meat board, piled with Berkshire pork 'Cantinpola' salami, Blackmore bresaola & Montesano 'Gran Reserva' serrano, before topping it off with the baked pumpkin gnocchi with Persian feta, asparagus and vine cherry tomatoes.
We haven’t forgotten about the drinks and dessert, because they’re only our most favourite part. Treat yourself to a classic warm sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce, and vanilla ice cream and make sure you hit up the wine list while you’re at it. The list is concise, so it won’t be hard to choose your tipple.
