The verdict

Bottom of the Harbour has been a fixture on the Balmoral Esplanade since 1989, and if you want your fish 'n' chips after a dip done right, you can bet your bottom dollar on Bottom.

Reasonably priced and directly across the street from the serene waters of Balmoral, we recommend trying the salt and pepper squid with garlic aioli, and maybe some old-fashioned potato scallops while nestled under a leafy tree right by the shore (and shaded from seagulls who have no respect for personal space).
