Bringing you melt-in-your-mouth protein prepared in their custom-built smoker, Bovine & Swine is a little slice of Texas in the heart of Sydney’s inner-west. The menu is customisable, with each meat charged by 100-gram increments and optional sides like slaw, pickles, and mac ‘n’ cheese on menu to cut through the meat sweats brought on by lashings of brisket, pork ribs, smoked chicken, and more!
