Boxing Works at Tramsheds makes fitness (almost) fun, with a variety of unconventional classes, from kickboxing to Olympic freestyle wrestling, designed to suit everyone.
With a large focus on martial arts and technique, the centre is owned by Larry Papadopoulos, who was once ranked the World #1 Light Heavy Weight Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. Every other instructor has also competed professionally in his or her chosen discipline, so you know you’re in good hands.
