The Verdict
Just when you thought Restaurant Hubert couldn't get cooler, the legendary team open Bridge Bon Appétit on the mezzanine level and there's a whole new space to check out while you wait for your table.
Overlooking Hubert's main dining room, Bridge Bon Appétit is a dark, cosy wine bar serving only the best of the best vinos and god damn delicious small eats. With casual European vibes and a cocktail list that changes fortnightly, it's modern, moody and perfect for a group of two or three.
If you're staying for the night, don't go home without sipping on the truffled flip (made with a Cognac base, truffled duck egg and crème de cacao) and devouring the veal tartare but if you're only stopping by for drinks, trust us when we say that you should order the dirty martini.
