The Bunker is pretty much a literal name for this hole-in-the-wall coffee establishment in Darlinghurst, with its concrete floors and exposed ceilings. Given its popular reputation, however, you can trust that its offering is less provincial, boasting "the best espresso this side of geekdom". And they wouldn't be wrong. Locals have known for years about the fine blend here, and its rustic, home-style food menu of salads and sandwiches is just as enticing.
