The verdict
Brought to you by young heavyweights, Richard Borg (ex-Momofuku Seiobo) and Josh Deluca (ex-Quay), Burger Head offers a small bar vibe, serving up local craft beers, cocktails, and of course, melt in your mouth burgers.
The menu is under wraps until it opens in early January, but expect the house burger to be stuffed with double cheese and dry aged beef, wrapped in bacon, and finished with a special BH sauce. See you there.
