Burger Project Black Label
The team behind Burger Project and Rockpool Bar & Grill, led by Neil Perry of course, are hitting Sydney with another place we can spend every waking hour eating nothing but the best burgers in town. Burger Project Black Label is turning up the luxe factor on its forerunner, adding even more premium ingredients, table service and a stronger bar-focused situation to boot.
We’re not kidding when we say this place is Burger Project on steroids. The burgers will be bigger, literally, because the patties will increase from 140 grams to a whopping 180 grams. The bread will be supplied by Sydney’s bread artisans, Sonoma, and the caffeine is sorted thanks to Mecca’s house blend. FYI they will also have nitro coffee on tap, so you can kick start your day with the real breakfast of champs.
Once the sun has gone down (or not, each to their own), the #dranks come out to play. Featuring a multitude of ‘adult shakes’, craft beer, vino and whiskeys. Pair that with Texan BBQ beef, southern style fried chicken, falafel or crumbed fish with crunchy slaw burgers, or maybe just more meat doused in sauce, and you have yourself the ultimate Burger Project Black Label meal.
