The Verdict
The Burger Project’s MLC Centre location is making sure that everyone in the CBD gets to experience burger perfection. Featuring the attention to quality and sustainability that Neil Perry is famous for, each of the ten burger varieties on offer feature Cape Grim beef, house-made pickles and secret sauce that make The Burger Project one of the best burger joints in Sydney.
If beef isn’t your thing, then the fried chicken or mushroom offerings will certainly satisfy your hunger pangs, whilst any one of the ice cream desserts or shakes on offer will round out your visit with a hefty does of sweetness. There'll also be a small offering of wines and beers available, as well as an option to order from their website after 3pm for those working late or wanting a post-work commute burger.
If you're craving a bit of breakfast (we're looking at those who may have partied a little bit too much the night before), The Burger Project is serving up brekkie weekdays from 7am until 11am - think free range eggs, sizzling bacon, house-made sausage patty all on a bun as well as hash browns, freshly squeezed OJ and house made iced tea and iced coffee. That'll cure what ails ya!
