The Verdict
The Butcher’s Block is the newest venue down at Barangaroo and it’s plating up one hell of a feed. The menu here is studded with the likes of a pork katsu burger, Moreton Bay Bug and pipi spaghettini and the real standout — the 12-hour slow-cooked ribs that are barbequed and glazed.
Located in the former Etè restaurant, the space here preaches everything exposed brick and intimate mood lighting so whether who scope this place out during work hours or head here for dinner, The Butcher's Block has you sorted on all fronts.
