Named after a Roman goddess, Cardea is an opulent speakeasy and entertainment bar lined with red velvet private booths and a glossy white grand piano.  

Cocktails are the star of the show at Cardea, with award-winning master mixologist George Bekarian leading the bar. Bekarian's passion for enchanting drinks shines through with signatures like the whimsical "Dorothy", a mix of Pinot Grigio, elderflower liqueur, honey, and aloe vera, served in a tusk-shaped flute. 

There's also a balsamic Negroni, a violet-hued floral number called "Forget Me Not", and other intriguing sips made with parmesan, truffle, and herb-infused sour apple. 

Behind the menu of equally enchanting snacks is chef Pier Davide Maiuri. A standout is the potato mille-feuille, which features succulent Wagyu beef crudo, layers of crispy royal blue potatoes, sour cream, and a crown of  Oscietra caviar.

Nightly live music is an eclectic mix of blues, jazz, and more. Check out who is scheduled to play here. Happy hour runs from 4pm-6pm, and includes classic cocktails for $16 as well as $10 wine and $12 spritz and beer.
