Located on the cusp of St Leonards and Crows Nest, Cavalier has quickly become known for their polished rendition of a salmon tartare and it’s been clogging up our news feed. The old skool newskool salmon dish consists of a disc of light and creamy salmon, topped generously with caviar and served alongside poached eggs, beetroot yoghurt and black garlic mayonnaise. If fancy seafood isn't your jam first thing in the morning, opt for cult classic, egg benedict or pumpkin hummus on rye sourdough.
