At this point, there are very few things that ice cream can do for us that it hasn’t already done. Basically, it takes something damn extreme to get us excited. Vegan miso caramel ice cream, though? Yeah, that’ll just about do it.
Thanks to Chacha’s, the newest ice cream joint to pop up on Bondi’s Campbell Parade, this place is not only vegan, but they’re also combining all of the things you didn’t know you wanted on your ice cream. Think jumbo sundae cups filled with a smoother-than-smooth soft serve or scooped goodness piles with fruit and nut toppings.
The ice cream here is made from nuts (rather than coconut), so the flavour is cleaner and will suit anyone that controversially doesn’t love coconut. We’re not sure who these humans are either.
We’re pretty sure you can all trick yourself into calling these one's healthy when there are flavours like mango and chia being thrown around. Not only that, everything is vegan (like we said 15 times already), gluten free, sugar free and packed with probiotics. Get on this guys—more details here.
