The verdict
Ribs, burgers and shakes. Oh my! That’s right the beloved ribs and burgers combo from Wollongong stalwart, Char Char Bar & Grill has got itself a pair of wheels and is on the move. Not only is the Char Char Food Truck mighty tasty, but it’s been fitted out with an inbuilt sound system so you’ll probably here this baby before you stumble upon it.
At the moment it’s calling Summer Hill, Baulkham Hills and Wollongong home but because they know that Sydney’s appetite for ribs is off the charts, more locations are set to be included in 2016. Watch this space.
