Hitting happily amongst the delicious Asian eateries on Hawker Lane, Cheers Cut is the Taiwanese answer to giant, crispy fried chicken. The 12-ounce chicken schnitzel is their signature, but they’re also known for their giant crispy squid, moreish snack boxes of nuggets, seafood and diced beef and chicken. Their sauces come in both powder and, well, sauce form, so you don’t have to sacrifice flavour for crispiness.
