Simon Goh’s pretty much got the modern Malaysian domain locked down with the Parramatta installment of Chinta Ria being his 4th venue. Opening at EcoWorld’s West Village, Chinta Ria aims to bring the hawker-experience to Sydney. And with each new installment, Goh draws on a new musical inspiration, noting Creedance as the melodic-revelation behind his first Western Sydney location, set to open soon.
So to go along with your rock ‘n’ roll, expect to find Chinta Ria favourites such as the Sassy's duck, ayam blues, and chilli prawns.
