The Verdict
Chubby Cheeks is the latest Thai joint to hit Oxford Street and it does not disappoint. Prepare for your mouths to water and the taste of heaven to enter your stomachs because this place has brought a modern flair to traditional Thai street food. With a menu created by chef David Claesson and Em Meechai, you’ll get all the flavours of South East Asia with their dishes.
We’re giving a massive shout out to the crackling pork belly bao loaded with pickled veggies and sriracha kewpie. And since we’re here, the crispy skin free range chook (emphasis on the crispy) is well worth your time and just so happens to be drenched in delish satay sauce.
Not going to lie, this place has stolen our hearts and stomachs for that matter.
