The verdict
Buckle up because road trippin’ to Wolli Creek’s Concept Burger has now officially been added to your weekend to-do list. Concept Burger is taking a fresh, new approach to the standard burg’, mixing flavours from around the world, with combos like a tempura fish and watermelon radish Japanese burger—needless to say, we’re damn excited.
You know the burgers are going to mint when former Five Point Burgers chef Tomislav Martinovic is taking the reins (or should we say spatulas?). Concept Burger is open for lunch and dinner and you can expect flavours from all around the globe fused into the delicious not-so-humble hamburger.
