Starting out as a boat house, general store and post office, this idyllic location now serves as a gorgeous waterfront restaurant in Sydney. The kitchen is headed up by French native, Chef Guillaume Zika, who creates gorgeous French food with an Australian twist.

If you want to go all out, book yourself a seaplane or private boat and stay the night at one of their two on site apartments. Bliss!
