Inspired by Italian deli culture, New York sandwich shops and Sydney’s growing love affair with stacked sangas, Crumb keeps things loud in flavour and simple in format — everything’s designed to be eaten with your hands, no cutlery required.

By morning, it’s a go-to for top-tier coffee and hearty breakfast sandwiches loaded with fried eggs, pancetta, melty cheese and slow-cooked veg, finished with a hit of Calabrian chilli. Come lunchtime, the focus shifts to seriously indulgent toasties and pizza-style bread bases stuffed with whipped ricotta, mortadella and rich, slow-cooked ragu.
