The verdict

If, like us, bacon is life then you’ll be pretty damn happy to hear that the same masterminds who brought you the ridiculously good bacon festival earlier this year have set up camp on Crown Street in Surry Hills. FYI, their bacon goodness has come along for the ride too (obviously).  

Word on the street is that a couple of our faves, like the super extreme Bacon Mac Daddy, will be on the menu. This bad boy features oozing layers of bacon mac-n-cheese, double smoked bacon, and a soft poached egg, topped with rich tomato relish and crunchy fried shallots all wrapped up in a toasted croissant (we know).

You should also prepare your belly for the Gorgeous George, which has a generous amount of smashed avocado topped with roasted truss tomatoes, house made basil pesto, poached egg and yuzu sesame served on sourdough. As well as these fan faves, the new menu will also have plenty of mouth-watering newbies. And because they just get you, they're even serving up a selection of cocktails all day long, so you know what that means—breakfast espresso martinis, obviously.

Looking for another excuse to visit (not that you need one)? Then you definitely need to take your pupper for a stroll and enjoy some Cuckoo goodness together, treating your beloved bestie to a pupachino and bacon treats from the dog-friendly menu.
