Cured. is a New York style bar and restaurant committed to providing excellent produce and service in Manly. Unsurprisingly, their specialty is cured meats, cheeses, pickles and bread and when it comes to quality – they won't settle for anything less than the best, sourcing only from the best producers from around the globe. They offer a selection of 22 meats and 14 cheeses so the hardest decisions will be deciding which to order, but they've thought of this too, because half the fun is creating your own platter to ensure you get the charcuterie board of your dreams.
Cured. also offers an extensive wine and beer list including options from around the world and because wine lists can be daunting, their staff are well-versed there to help (they'll also help you with those tricky meat decisions we mentioned earlier).
They're now open for breakfast on weekends, with their specialty cured meats meaning their Cured. breaky roll is not only fancier than your average BAE roll, but also pretty damn delicious, with Manchego cheese, seared Bresaola, a sous vide egg, japanese mayo and rocket all nestled in a brioche bun.
