The verdict
A throwback to the 50s, Daisy's Milkbar in Petersham is one of the cutest little cafes around! Step through its musk-pink doors and be swept away into a world of childhood favourites (such as cordial, caramel milkshakes and take-home lolly bags). For the grown ups, on the menu you'll find Double Roasters coffee and breakfast and lunch staples including: pesto scrambled eggs with Persian fetta; BBQ pulled pork sandwich with slaw; and the 'Harry' jaffle of baked beans, cheese and mixed herbs.
